How will you communicate with us?
As soon as the contract is finalised we will produce a timeline for the event showing all key dates and activities. With this completed, we will schedule calls and meetings with you to keep you totally up to date on all areas of your event.
How do you go about getting paid for guests to an event?
In our events team we have experience of selling delegate spaces and awards tables. To ensure that we meet your needs we would produce a detailed plan showing how this would be achieved.
Can you just provide people to help on the night?
Yes of course – we have a whole team of people at Vitesse Events who are used to working to deadlines and in the pressured environment of events.
Do you have experience of working outside the UK?
Yes, members of our team have experience and understand the intricacies and cultural differences of working all over Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Mexico and South America.
Can we use our own venue?
We are happy for the client to source the venue, or we can do that for you. We are even happy to organise the event at your offices if it fits with the event strategy.
Can we just use your marketing lists and products?
Of course – just let us know the audience you want to reach, and we will match this with our database and products and come back to you with a cost.
We have an idea but don’t know where to start
Brief us on your idea and we will bring it to life, from concept to full organisation on the day.
How many people do you have in your team?
We have an events and marketing team of six, plus we have an extensive network of experienced events professionals that we call on to assist when needed.
Do you have to organise our whole event?
No, we can do as little or as much as you like. We are happy to make your idea into an event and deliver it for you, or we can just work on the marketing or the organising for you. We will provide each customer with a shopping list to choose from to ensure that we match the requirements of the brief.
When do we have to pay you?
As soon as the contract is confirmed we will work out a payment schedule with you that matches both our requirements.
